Why this story exists

Friction apps act at the moment of opening an app. Almost nothing covers the weeks after someone leaves: relapse, the 30-day deletion buffer, the quiet "desert", and building a replacement habit. After the Feed covers that gap.

The trilogy

  1. The gameA digital well-being accountability game.
  2. The storyAfter the Feed: the months after leaving the feed.
  3. The 45 daysOne short page a day, with no streak to break.
